Here, we challenge to access a seasonal forecast of shoreline over west african coastline. We planned to use GLOBCOAST system which simplifies shoreline processes to capture broad global trends in coastal evolution (Arias et al, 2026: Implementing a global shoreline model – https://doi.org/10.1016/j.rsma.2025.104668)
We use seasonal monthly predictions of waves / sea level height / runoff and precipitation variables from SEAS5 system (ECMWF), that will force the system GLOBCOAST over nearly 300 hundred coastal predefined stations.
